About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Enof Solutions B.V., trading as Leagle.id ("Leagle.id", "we", "us"), a private limited company registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [KvK number], at [registered address].

They apply when you use:

• the website at leagle.id;
• the Leagle.id wallet, on the web at wallet.leagle.id and as a mobile app (the "Wallet");
• the services behind the Wallet: identity verification, issuing Licences and Passports, connecting to Services, and notifications.

Together we call these the "Leagle.id Services". By using them you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. How the website and Wallet use cookies and device storage is set out in our Cookie Policy.

Pre-release

Leagle.id is in active development. Features, formats and interfaces can change between versions, and some may be offered as a pilot or for evaluation. We will tell you in the Wallet or on this website when a change affects how you use it.

Your wallet and your keys

The Wallet keeps your data on your device, encrypted under a passkey that only you hold. That design is what keeps your data private, and it has consequences you should understand:

• We cannot see your data, and we cannot recover it. If you lose access to your passkey and have no export of your Wallet, we cannot restore your Wallet for you.
• You are responsible for your device and your passkey. Keep them secure, and make an export of your Wallet if you want a way to restore it.
• Anything approved with your passkey is treated as approved by you. That includes proofs you share with Services and plans you approve for an AI agent.

Verifying your identity

To issue a Licence, we verify your identity through Didit, our identity verification provider. You agree to:

• verify only with an identity document that is yours, valid and genuine;
• take the selfie yourself, live;
• not try to deceive the verification in any way.

We may refuse or withdraw a Licence if the verification fails, if we have reason to believe it was obtained by fraud, or if the law requires us to.

Connecting to Services

Businesses and organisations that accept Leagle.id ("Services") can ask your Wallet for a proof — for example, that you are over 18 — or for specific data. Nothing leaves your Wallet unless you approve it.

Services are independent third parties. Your relationship with a Service, including what it does with what you share, is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not a party to that relationship and are not responsible for a Service's products, content or conduct.

AI agents

You can connect the Wallet to an AI agent, for example through our MCP server. An agent can propose a plan; it can only act on your behalf within a plan you approve with your passkey. You are responsible for the plans you approve. Review what a plan asks for before you approve it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Leagle.id Services for anything unlawful, or to impersonate anyone;
• obtain, share or use a proof about someone other than yourself;
• probe, scan or attack the Leagle.id Services, or interfere with how they work, except through a responsible disclosure to us;
• reverse engineer the Leagle.id Services except where the law expressly allows it;
• overload our servers, or access them by automated means other than the interfaces we publish.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if your use puts other users or the Leagle.id Services at risk, or if the law requires it.

Developers and Services

Our SDKs, command-line tools and other software packages are licensed under the licence that accompanies each package. Where a package's licence conflicts with these terms, that licence applies to the package. A Service that integrates Leagle.id is responsible for its own use of the data and proofs it receives, including its own obligations under data protection law.

Intellectual property

The Leagle.id Services, our name, our logos and the content of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Leagle.id Services as these terms allow; we don't grant you any other rights. Your data stays yours.

Availability

We work to keep the Leagle.id Services available and secure, but we don't promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or stop any part of them. If we stop the Wallet, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your data first.

Liability

We provide the Leagle.id Services "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties not set out in these terms.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data that we could not access because it was encrypted on your device. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the higher of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or deliberate recklessness, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Leagle.id Services at any time. Deleting the Wallet from your device deletes the data it holds. To remove your notification registration from our server, turn notifications off in the Wallet before you delete it, or contact us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will tell you in the Wallet or on this website before it takes effect. If you keep using the Leagle.id Services after that, you accept the new terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may also bring a claim in the courts there.
